To unlink your Instagram account and cease sharing your Instagram posts on other social networks, follow these steps:
a. To access your profile, tap profile or your profile image in the lower right corner.
b. Tap More Options in the upper right corner, then Settings.
c. Select Account.
d. Select Sharing to Other Apps, then select the social network from which you want to unlink.
e. Select Unlink Account (iOS) or Unlink Account (Android) (Android).
f. Tap Yes, I'm certain.
