The pinwheel is unlocked once you find it by expanding the Farm pasture. You won’t have access to it until the section it is physically in becomes available (simply being able to see it is not enough). To get the trophy, line up a sheep with the pinwheel (make sure the sheep is facing it), pull it’s tail with and let go to roll the sheep into it. The trophy will unlock on impact.
