Microsoft Edge has a feature called **Edge Copilot** that brings AI content creation to your browser. One of the functions it offers is the **“Compose”** tab, which generates AI content. At the top of the page, an input box invites you to enter the topic of what Edge Copilot will write about ¹⁴.
To use this feature, you'll need to sign into the Edge browser with your Microsoft account and update to the latest version (Version 111 or later). Once you have updated your browser, you’ll notice a new letter B icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar, next to the triple dot menu icon. When you click on it, a side panel opens on the right. If you're signed into your Microsoft account, you’ll see three tabs: Chat, Compose, and Insights. When you click Compose, you’ll see the AI-powered text generator open ³.
You can then describe your topic in the “Write about” box and specify any details you want to be included. Bing Compose will then generate text based on your input ³.
Here's an example description for a YouTube video using Microsoft Edge Copilot's Compose feature:
