So your PC controller fails on you. You have a working (game console) controller, but are broke to use the more used method. But you have a Steam Link (Hardware). So for this (badly made and edited) tutorial, I will show you how to use a Dualshock 3 controller with PPSSPP, the PSP emulator, by using the Steam Link hardware as your controller HUB for the more Bluetooth Wireless.

[WARNING!]
Be wary of Microwaves using this method, if you have no choice but to use Wireless communications instead of the recommended Wired option. Microwaves may force the Steam Link to disconnect, and thus disconnect your controller to your PC.
