How to use game trainers on Linux / Steam Deck

20What you have to do? I assume you have already the trainer downloaded
1. Install steamtinkerlaunch (easiest way is to use protonup-qt)
2. Launch the game on Steam
3. When steamtinkerlaunch popup comes, click main menu (It will stay only few seconds)
4. Select game menu
5. Select use custom command and fork custom command and add your trainer's exe
6. Click save and play and trainer should work.
I can't quarantee that it will work with all games, for example far cry 4 fling trainer didn't work but Arkham Origins and Yakuza 0 worked without any problems.
If you don't see the trainer just alt-tab out of the game.
