How to Whiten Teeth Safely and Naturally // How to Make Teeth More White
16,925In this short DIY video, I show you how to whiten teeth safely and naturally and how to make teeth more white using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. I have been using this method for 20 years about every three months. It works wonders for bringing back the white in my teeth.
First step is to grab a bowl and tablespoon measuring cup. Put one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. Mix them thoroughly. Once they are mixed good, simply soak your toothbrush in the mix and brush your teeth as you normally would for two minutes. Concentrating more on the front of your teeth as this is the part that shows when you smile. :-)
Once you are done, rinse thoroughly and you are all done. This method works and whitens your teeth a shade or two whiter after just one use. If you alternate days and do this every other day for a week straight, your teeth will be many shades whiter.
It is a good idea not to do this baking soda/hydrogen peroxide method more than a few times every couple months.
