How to evolve Gloom to have the best moves possible as a Vileplume in Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee.

Essentially just level your gloom up to 45 so that it learns the Fairy type move "Moon Blast" after that it is fair game to evolve your Gloom with a leaf stone.

You can most easily find a leaf stone in Celadon city in the Department store on floor 4 - wise man's shop. It costs $5000, so if you are broke you might want to pick up one of the free stones scattered around Kanto.
