While in Taipei, Taiwan for Computex 2016, we stopped over at Gigabyte's Taiwan factory to see the SMT lines used to manufacture video cards and motherboards. This same process is applied industry-wide to make RAM, SSDs, and any other components with surface-mount parts. Article forthcoming.
