This is a review of the HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality headset. A headset that was designed with the help of Microsoft and Valve, meaning you get the best of both Steam VR and Windows Mixed Reality.

Highlights of the HP Reverb G2 include:
- The highest resolution VR display currently available - meaning no screen door effect
- A mura free display with great colours and clarity
- A comfortable fit, flip up visor and soft faceplates
- Convenient controls thanks to Windows Mixed Reality integration
- A great mic (watch the end of the video to hear me using it)
- Fantastic inside out tracking

Lowlights:
- Windows Mixed Reality controllers are a bit naff
- Controllers aren't recognised by all games and some need custom bindings to work
- I had issues with one version of this headset where the display and tracking was awful
- Old school velcro strap tightening = sad.
