HP TouchPad CyanogenMod 10.1 Build with Sound Android 4.2.2
64CyanogenMod 10.1 is now working with Sound on the HP TouchPad, Great News! SGA has recently posted a build of CM 10.1 for the HP TouchPad with working sound and SDcard. Its almost fully functional minus the Bluetooth. This build lacks some H/W video acceleration but XDA member webdroidmt reports that the latest Adreno drivers fix this problem and it will likely be included into the next build. I am also seeing reasonable battery drain during sleep, as low as -4ma but with the usual spiking. This is a testing build so lets get testing! Please thank and leave SGA some feedback.

How to install CM10.1 Test Build:

This Rom & 4.2 gapps can be safely flashed over your current CM10 Rom, don't forget to wipe your caches. If you are using CM9 and have not yet used the ACMEInstaller 3, then you will want to fully install this Rom & gapps with the ACMEInstaller3. Full instructions can be found below, just use this Rom and 10.1 Gapps.

-To be safe don't let your TouchPad run out of Batteries when testing Roms!

2)Fix the touch screen multiple light touch glitch by flashing a .zip patch by Gradular through CWM or TWRP.

3)You can enable additional reboot options like recovery by enabling Developer options.
-Go to Settings/About Tablet/ Tap on "Build number" 7 times.
-A new menu will appear in the Settings/About Tablet/Developer options/ tab on the left.
-Check "Advanced reboot" to get the Recovery/Boot loader options.
4)Use this free app "4.2 Multiple User Enabler Root" to enable multi-user functionality.
-You can also use the terminal emulator to enable it, see VFF instructions below.
