During CE week at Pepcom we got our firsts hands-on with the HP Touchpad, the 9.7" (1024x768 resolution)dual core 1.2Ghz snapdragon processor tablet from HP. Running WebOS 3, the Touchpad comes in 16Gb/32Gb variants of internal storage with a 1.3MP front facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, a set of stereo speakers with beats audio engine.

First of the UI of WebOS 3.0 is smooth, this baby glides like butter, multitasking on WebOS from our experience truly comes closet to a desktop experience. Its got a new panel email experience and now with the ability to stack your cards, you can have links from you email stacked directly on to the email for easy navigation. Touch-to-Share (lets users easily transfer a website, document, song, text or call from the phone to the tablet -- or vice versa -- simply by tapping the two devices together. Support for Skype video calling out the gate, VPN support, wireless printing to an HP printer made in the last 5 years as well as Google Docs, QuickOffice, Dropbox and Box.net compatibility.
