This is my video tutorial on how to convert a normal sense based HTC One to a Google Play Edition Variant (Android 4.4.2 KitKat)

Your device will be converted to a Google Play Variant HTC and will not contain any Sense functionality.

If you want to convert back to the Sense edition : (coming soon)
