This is my Video on how to flash custom ROMS onto the HTC One X

NOTE: BEFORE YOU FOLLOW THIS TUT MAKE SURE YOU PERFORM THE STEPS BELOW...
you will have a fastboot folder in your cdrive right...
Transfer boot.img to that folder
Transfer the rom to the root of htc storage
Now reboot into bootloader mode, select fast boot
Open cmd on the pc
Type
"Fastboot flash boot boot.img"
And hit enter
Then move on to Recovery
