"In this comprehensive video series, we will dive into the powerful HTTPS Inspection feature offered by Check Point latest Quantum Firewall Software release – R82. HTTPS traffic, while providing data privacy and integrity through encryption, can also hide illegal activities and malicious threats. Check Point's HTTPS Inspection feature is designed to counter these risks and eliminating any threats by decrypting and inspecting HTTPS traffic.
This video will explain HTTPS traffic and its importance, with a quick overview of the security risks associated with encrypted HTTPS traffic and then the role of the Security Gateway in decrypting and inspecting this traffic, the use of certificates, how to enable and configure HTTPS Inspection on Check Point Security Gateways and most important – the unique Learning Mode feature.
We will touch the HTTPS Inspection rules and policies as well as HTTPS Inspection logs and the use of the new controls provided in this release.
