27Making some changes ... BIG changes (I hope).
So I was not always this big.
It all began when I was born... Just kidding.
When I got injured it was a huge life change for me.
I became a lot less mobile, gained a lot of weight, have to deal with pain, and have a very difficult time sleeping... Insert major depression.
Never had an understanding of what depression really was until I had to experience it for myself. Not fun.
I struggle with weight. Even though I lose some weight I struggle every day with wanting to give up again. Without trying to over dramatize it - it feels like a huge emotional tug of war happening every time I get up and try to do something about it.
I am making this video to try to keep myself honest and stick to it.
Tease if you must, I am sure I have heard it all before. I am just trying to lose some weight. Teasing a fat person trying to lose some weight is like picking on a homeless guy at a job fair.
