The latest Nvidia drivers now unlock NVENC to having 3 sessions/encodes available at once instead of 2.
The latest Premiere update fixes OBS import issues, and the beta build now has NVENC and AMF export support! Finally hardware encoding on Nvidia in Premiere!
Nvidia's new RTX AI Noise Removal is like magic.
