The game is also open-source.[a] It shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution, PaRappa the Rapper, and the "Dance Contest" minigame from Club Penguin, and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games.[5] The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site that rose in popularity in the early 2000s.[6][7][8]







The Coffin of Andy and Leyley (/ˈleɪleɪ/ LAY-lay)[6] is a psychological horror adventure game developed by Nemlei and published by Kit9 Studio for Microsoft Windows. The game originated as a demo released on Itch.io, and was later expanded and released on Steam in an early access state. The Steam early access version of the game, released on October 13, 2023, currently features three of four planned episodes. The plot follows siblings Andrew and Ashley Graves, who find themselves in a codependent relationship with one another as they commit various crimes while trying to survive a dystopian world.
