In lieu of a final boss we present to you fifteen minutes of waiting as turrets do all the work, and in lieu of a satisfying ending we present to you the game just sort of dribbling to a stop and falling into a plot hole as Mitchell heads for a location the resistance didn't know they needed to head to until the tail end of Episode 2.

...and apparently the reason I recognize Keemstar's name is because he's a bit of a piece of shit. Huh.

I've played bad games before - boy, have I ever - but never have I seen them make mistakes that one would seemingly need to go out of their way to make. If this game doesn't do everything wrong, it does as much wrong as it can while still maintaining a token level of functionality. Its creation doesn't merely ignore Half-Life 2's design but actively rejects it and, indeed, any and all potential lessons other games might have taught. That anyone could consider it presentable, much less charge money for it, is an act of either malice, greed, or ignorance. Calling it a dumpster fire is an insult to dumpster fires, since at least fire gets rid of garbage rather than creating more of it.

So yeah, I'm not really fond of it.
