The spectre orkan deathbutton was once the best build in the game but has since disappeared. I thought I would put a twist on the spectre using a hybrid between the 2 rocket types. The cryo rockets can slow down the enemies while doing damage with the orkan. They are mechanically very similar weapons so the hybrid works well but I still have to try the full cryo build with the spectre. Enjoy
