Monster Hunt ~ "Wild Pirachu"


- Leveling is not always the best way to fight in this game.. this is a good example.

Despite being pretty much overleveled due to doing quests and getting Medals from high level monsters, this Wild Pirachu puts up a really tough fight.

Wild Pirachu can deal over 14k damage (if it is Area Effect attack, you pretty much dead) AND regenerations almost 20k of Health (and he got tons of HP) and also a lot of Break recovery. Also Pirachu is complete immune to status debuffs too while able to put out every status effect (assuming you live against his status effect attack first).

With some right tactics, it is possible to win.

Tips:
- Pirachu's priority target is whoever has the most HP, knowing this I use Neptune as my tank with Pururut as support (to prevent Paralysis).

- I use Vert to keep Neptune healed and buffed when possible.

- Meanwhile, I let Nepgear and Noire dish the damage. Both having God Disc "Final Fantasy", I can quickly and easily build up EXE so Noire can spam Infinite Slash.


So yup, having a viable tactic in Victory actually works against some tough bosses.. unless you want to get high level gear and level and kick their ass the easy way lol.


I wanted to put this up so those who think it is all leveling and hacking is the way to go might find some challenge in attempting some more powerful monsters eariler.


PS - Thank goodness the Medal dropped.. would suck if I didn't get the drop and have to fight him again. lol.
