guess i'm back on my bullshit.

long time viewers of the channel might have noticed that i've (for the most part) mostly denounced uploading NONGs onto my account. while i am still deadset on not using songs by relatively unknown artists (false noise, for instance), i think i am fine mapping songs from artists whos works have been consistently used in other forms of outlets. with that said, don't expect any more NONGs from me any time soon; this was a very impulsive project and i doubt i'll make anything of this caliber on a whim in the future.

with that lame stuff out of the way, wow am i happy with this level! after a friend showed me the live performance of hypermania (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lC5JFufOtVU), i fell in love with the track and knew i had to make something with it. as i had previously worked on a layout with gecko with this track's counterpart, it felt right to make a sort of spiritual successor to that level. you might notice some parallels between the live performance and this level, but for the most part i'm glad at how i translated the song in my own manner. HUGE thanks to plompy (https://twitter.com/plompcore) for letting me snatch their idea and working with me to make this level not look awful. additional special thanks to kingtony, arb, and kr1t for playtesting this and making sure you kind folks can enjoy this.
speaking of which! this is by far the easiest demon uploaded on my account (medium-hard demon if i had to guess), which means more of you suckers can actually play this level and not just watch this video. at a (((whopping))) 33k objects, i'm pretty sure most devices should be able to run this. i will warn you now that this level does tend to break with practice mode and start positions, so i would recommend practicing the level in the ldm to help negate this.

so where does this leave me? well, i'm still waiting on untitled to be verified (which by the way will be pretty soon hopefully, so keep an eye out for that). other than that, don't expect any full levels from me for the rest of the year; i'm in my last semester of college and i'm not letting a silly little cube get in the way of me going places in life. you might see some miscellaneous mc parts pop up every now and then, so there's that.
