A quick guide to set up the NEC TURBOGRAFX-16 on your HYPERSPIN SETUP. I have included everything you need... just follow the guide and you will have it setup complete!!

You will need to have Hyperspin and the RetroArch already setup. Theres a link to a guide for this at the bottom and in the Video.
