the game is worth trying, so does its baked apple.

recipe:
use sweet apples, cut the top, dig a hole in the middle. throw away the core. save the pulp (for eating or filling)
fill in chopped and blended nuts and raisins (there are many combos, but I will just use whatever I have at hand) and sugar and scooped apple. top with some butter. cover with the apple cap.
put the apple in a deep pan, a loaf pan also works, pour in water (or you could use apple juice), until 2 cm deep.
baked on the middle rack for 30 min at 375F/190C.
depends on the size of the apple, and how mushy you want the apple to be, you could add more time. 10 min after another.
top with ice cream, sour cream, choco syrup, sugar syrup..
cut, scoop, dig... enjoy!
