Activate any Owl Statues you come across in case you need to get to certain points on the map quickly. Grab one or both of the fairies to make traversing the map easier or if you're quick enough, you can use Focus Spirit to power through and take both keeps since they're near each other. Other than that, take out the captains to open the Enemy Base.
Once the Enemy Base is open, head in and take out Lana to win!
