For the final mission on the Termina Map, you'll be dealing with powerful groups of enemies matching toward the Allied Base and the Magic-Stash Troops connected to them. Like the other missions like this, take out each Magic-Stash Troop and then eliminate the captains that fell for your diversion. You're also dealing with a Wandering Spirit so keep an eye on the messages during the mission.
Once the captains are taken care of, grab the Boss Key from Mountain Keep and head to the Enemy Base to take out Cia. Once she's been defeated, Ganon will appear north of the Allied Base. Take out Ganon to win!
If this is the last mission for you, congratulations! You've completed the Termina Map!
