You start in probably the best spot for a keep-capturing competition since you can just capture the 5 remaining keeps in the Water Temple portion of the map and you'll win the first part of the scenario. You may have to divert to stop any enemy or rogue units that look like they're about to retake or capture one of your keeps. You'll also have to deal with a Messenger while increasing your keep count, but depending on if Rogue Forces are keeping it from moving, you may be able to wait until you're about to storm the Enemy Base at the end.
Once the Enemy Base opens, head in and take out Wizzro to win! Keep an eye on Cia and the Allied Base while you do this though.
