The AI is surprisingly efficient in this one because they'll be on top of the first group of allied forces in the southwest pretty fast. Get there as soon as you can so you can take out the enemy forces before the rogue forces do. You most likely won't have time to relax before the next group needs to be saved in the northeast corner of the map so head there as fast as you can to head off another faction of rogue forces. The group in the southeast needs to be gotten too as soon as you take care of the second group. Once all 3 Recruiter units have been defeated and/or groups of enemy units taken care of, you can start putting all your attention on taking out the rogue captains.
Once the Rogue Base is open, head in and take care of Ghirahim to win!
