In today's video, we will be bringing the real world into Virtual Reality. Specifically, we will be bringing an entire cliff and parking lot into VRChat by scanning it with a drone. To make this happen we will use a process called photogrammetry, the drone will take hundreds of images and then throw those images into a software called Open Drone Map. This will then process them into a few things including a 3D model. We will then import that 3D model into VRChat and make it into a world. After this, I will jump into VRChat using the Quest Pro and show you exactly how the model turned out! You can use this method yourself to bring anything you like into VR, you just need patience and a means of taking a lot of photos. I hope you enjoy the video :D
