NUZLOCKE RULES:
1. If a Pokémon faints, it is considered dead and must be put permanently into the PC or released. No revives, no auto heals, if it faints it's gone.

2. I can only catch the first Pokémon in each route/area in the game. If the first Pokémon I run into is a duplicate of a Pokémon I already have caught before, I can not catch it and are allowed to retry until something new is found.

3. If I find a wild Shiny Pokémon, I may catch it regardless of when I see it or if it's a dupe. But to use it in my party, I must sacrifice one of my current Pokémon (unless it happened to be the first I found in an area).

4. No breeding or save manipulation to get certain evolutions or kinds of Pokémon.
