SOMA is a terrifying survival horror game where you can only open doors and run. Set in a futuristic world where an apocalypse has devestated the world (presumably) and humanity was forced to live in the ocean.
You play as Simon, a man with who suffered brain damage and had to go get a brain scan in 2015 and when the scan started he finds himself trapped on a strange station in the year 2104.
Simon then has to make his way through stations and oceans looking for the answer to the mystery of what happened and why is her under the ocean.
The gameplay for SOMA is very tricky as you can only interact with objects, crouch, run, jump and hide. This leads to a very intense experience of horror.
Monsters will run after you and your only recourse is to flee for your life. Created by Frictional games, a spiritual successor to Amnesia: The Dark Descent. SOMA is a very scary experience which you'll love.
