Not much failing in this one, but I hope you enjoy it anyway! It's a little game of Left 4 Dead for the "Death Toll" campaign, canonically considered the third campaign on the L4D timeline (after "No Mercy" and "Crash Course"). I actually have video footage for those previous campaigns too, but the audio quality on those are pretty atrocious thanks to L4D's audio settings automatically deciding that my microphone gain level needed to be set at 100% as opposed to the considerably less than 100% that I normally use (hint: it's one digit). Hence there's a lot of horrible audio distortion going on and me being significantly louder than everybody else. It's ALMOST bearable here though, as you can actually hear my fellow teammates talking in this one!

But who ARE my fellow teammates, you may ask? Well if you paid attention to the first video of this campaign you'd have heard me introduce them already. But fear not! For I shall scribble their names down here for you thusly.

Playing the role of Zoey and indulging in a bit of gender-bending we have Xander Mobus, also known as Andrew Morbusr and Motly Fool! You may have heard his voice as Quinton Quasar in the flash animation series "Wonders of the Universe"! Also, Thor abusing Pikachu. Yes. You read that sentence and now you can't unread it.

And for the part of Francis, the man who hates everything and is bitter all the damn time, we have D-Mac Double, a man who hates everything and is bitter all the damn time! You may have heard his voice as Captain McKraken also in the flash animation series "Wonders of the Universe! He also recently wrapped up doing voice direction for the upcoming XBLA game "Dust: An Elysian Tail"

In the role of Louis, also doing a bit of gender-bending because Motly is a dick and took the only girl character, is Lady Natalie van Sistine the Third AKA DragonKnightTara! She's the producer of the long-running audio drama series "The Elysium Project" and is all-round magical audio person (she does the singings. I r jealouses)! You may also have heard her voice as the Faye Valentine cameo in the adventure game "Gemini Rue"!

And finally as Bill, the old guy in the group, is me, the old guy in the group. Gawd I'm so old.

Anyway, this is not the first time D-Mac and I have played this game (we've gone through it several times at different levels of difficulty! We never got far on "Expert" though) so we kind of knows whats we are doings, even though it's been maybe a couple of months or years since we last played. We do remember closing the saferoom door in the faces of the other survivors and setting off every car alarm we can find, however. Can't forget to do that.

On the otherhoof, this is Motly and Natalie's first time playing this campaign and this is actually Natalie's second FPS game ever -- the first being Team Fortress 2. Prior to this point, I think she had only played three sessions in total: two campaigns for L4D and one capture point map for TF2. And then we threw her into Normal difficulty for this campaign of L4D. We're such penises.
