I finally found a fix for my Oculus Rift S camera static, which ended up being unplugging the built-in speakers from the Rift S. A pretty simple fix, but one which has helped reduce my statics a lot. Even leaving them connected and just not using them helped be a lot. Hopefully it works for you!
