📚 Description: I was contacted by the previous owner of this guitar about a year prior to us making a deal. Initially, he wanted to not sell it - but only trade it for a different, modern guitar with similar frets as found on the "Super Artist." After many failed attempts, he eventually came to terms with simply selling it. This is a Custom Ordered 1982 Gibson Les Paul where the original owner pretty much ticked off all the boxes on the custom order form - active MOOG electronics, 3 pickups, special wiring, sustain sisters, 3-point tune-o-matic, tp-6 tailpiece, flip-out winding tuners, a brand new Candy Apple Red finish (silver base coat,) 2 piece maple top, Super 400 Inlays - THANK GOODNESS he didn't tick the "Kahler Super Tune" tremolo box though!
I'm calling this one the "Super Artist" due to it being a souped-up Les Paul Artist but with Super 400 inlays.
