Whilst getting ready for speedrunners for this fantastic new game, a little birdy told me (and the code of the game) that there was a secret ending to the game.
So I did my deep diving, found some lines in the code, and reverse engineered to see what items were needed to activate the secret ending.

Essentially what you have to do, is look at the relevant Alice items in the Complex: Hairbrush, Lipstick, Photo in office (photo in autopsy room not needed)

I also believe you need to have the I'm the One to Blame achievement unlocked as well (which is completing the game once) and this ending works on a secondary full playthrough of the game, or clicking from Chapter 5 load like you can see in this video.

Here is the order of events to make this happen:
- After interacting with brick, take pill
- Find Hairbrush just left of bathroom sick, photo on office desk, lipstick on chair in office
- Go back to bathroom, take 2 more pills
- Go to where Ridley is, activate dialogue then back to bathroom and take another pill
- Put on your Apron/Gloves, back to bathroom to take another pill
- Get the voice recorder, look through the police folder, unclothe body, take another pill and THIS should activate the secret ending
