I Gave Shatterline A Try - Black Ops 4 Reimagined in F2P?
303With the recent drought of good FPS games to play, the Shatterline playtest (On Steam) couldn't have appeared at a better time. Had a lot of fun giving this a try & whilst there is a reasonable amount of bugs & issues that need to be addressed, the playtest went fairly smoothly considering this isn't a game from a big funded Triple A studio getting backed by a publisher.
The game plays very similarly to Black Ops 4 with more focus on teamplay and aim positioning. Balance needs some work for PvP. The game goes into free to play early access on the 8th of September & I'll definitely be playing/streaming more & possibly creating a review/changes opinion video at some point. It's free to play on Steam when it goes live again & I'll be keeping a close eye on this game for the foreseeable future!
