Having solved the coin puzzle, James receives a key & proceeds to take it to the room that it unlocks. While reminiscing over a handkerchief, the fabled Pyramid Head enters the room with a couple of Mannequins in tow. James managed to hide in a closet before discharging multiple rounds into PH's thick steel, prompting the demon to leave. As the Apartments descend into the Otherworld, our hero presses onwards in order to escape. But has he seen the last of Pyramid Head?
