Has this ever been done before? Has there ever been a JRPG with a lot of characters in your party at once? What's the world record for this sort of thing? Final Fantasy X? Persona 5? Fire Emblem doesn't count, it's not a traditional JRPG. This isn't the final number of characters. I can make the screen bigger and fit more in there. Or replace the character sprites in the status screen with smaller face sprites to fit more characters in. Or remove the character sprites completely. Also I won't use RPG Maker's default characters for this game. These names and faces are placeholders. I was thinking 100 was a good number of JRPG characters to put in your party at once. Or maybe 200. Maybe 420. Surely it won't get tedious to tell all of these characters to attack every turn. If it does maybe I should add a Tactics option where you let the AI take the wheel. I really shouldn't pile more work onto my plate right now. I'm already overworking myself way too much. This can't be healthy. A certain someone keeps telling me to take a break. I will. Soon. I just need to see this through first.
