I explain the reasons for my insecurity in the video, but what I didn't mention is that I recorded this video while I was completing my 30 day project on meditation. In the video for that project I revealed how much meditation helped me, and how in a way it fixed my life. In the case of this insecurity, it completely removed all that shame and fear of rejection from simply having some hairs growing in between my eyebrows. Actually, in this video I say that I'll continue plucking the hairs off most of the time, but I recorded this video over a month ago, and the hairs are still here. That doesn't mean I won't ever pluck them off, but they're just not a source of shame for me anymore. It's simply another aspect my my appearance that I can change whenever I want, just like I do with my beard and the hair on my head. I hadn't found the time to edit this video, but I'm happy to finally share it, and I hope it brings something positive to anyone who watches it!
