I have been wanting to play around with a spin on the Chocolate peanut butter bars and this is IT. VIDEO
It is a pretty basic spin. First I tried out a new for me, method of melting chocolate chips which is to put them in a sous vide bad, at 110 degrees to see if that keeps it from needing to be tempered. I also added a layer of white chocolate on top, for fun and so that I could add some drops of food coloring to decorate the top when I sliced them up.
