1I'm a high functioning autistic person with a slight learning disability.
I often times upload videos here on YouTube.
In this video, I talk about and share my thoughts and opinions on being stuck in what I call a funk . What I mean by the word "funk" is that I basically talk about the challenges I face as a 38 year old 330 lb man who is also dependent ( living with my mom) .
I never had a place of my own.
I basically talk about the challenges I have when trying to lose weight and diet to better my health .
I also talk about the overall environmental factors that I feel play a role in my endeavor to improve physically and mentally .
