A cheap little app for the iphone/ipad is ZXCam. This app literally lets you take a photo and convert it into audio a real ZX spectrum can read as a SCREEN$ file. Also a brief way of copying it to a real floppy disk on a Spectrum +3. Pretty cool stuff!
