I havent come across any crashes or dumb bugs. Of course i only have 3 hours at the time of writing this. It is an old game and some small bugs etc can of course be seen but i havent had any major issues. Except the that my anti virus program blocked it for some reason. But i cant necessarily blame the game for this and that was an easy fix.
The game gives you the option to play with either the old crysis nano suit controls or the ones familiar from crysis 2 and crysis 3. I havent tested the new ones and mainly have been playing with the original options.
I can recommend the game. Though if you have the original game it might not be worth buying.
I would probably still wait for a sale since its a semi old game so i would guess it would go on sale quite often. How ever if you have not played this legendary game 100% worth getting your hands on it!
So I finished the game and ran around until I got all the achievements. I did notice some even game breaking bugs in the end. Bacicly the bigger aliens would sometimes not explode and the game would wait for that to happen. How I fixed this was just waiting for them to agro onto me before killing them. this seemed to almost always make sure they didn't bug out.
Load the last checkpoint - see what weapons you have, because you probably lost some (or at one point ALL of them - commence sneak punching KPA to get weapons).
Take massive enemy fire from multiple targets with minor damage OR get insta-killed from full health by one guy with an assault rifle from 150 metres.
Use binoculars to try to tag enemies you can see VISUALLY and they fail highlight or to appear on tactical.
Hold Space to power jump (even with full energy and not in combat) - see if you will actually jump or just face plant into the landscape (roughly 50/50).
After power jump in combat - float uselessly though the air, defying gravity, hoping that if you miss the landing it won't take too long for you to drift back to the ground while taking fire and unable to do much about it.
After power jump landing - remember to release and re-press the sprint key you were using before you jumped, or you just amble through enemy fire.
