I rented out my land on craigslist and this happened. I Kendall Todd have used craigslist and Airbnb to rent out my country property before. This time I rented it out and it was not good, what they did, they made a huge mess on my land. I Kendall Todd have done quite a bit of real estate investing I have been a landlord I have bought and sold country properties and I have also sold owner financing for a house I really like to own property and rent it out I love being a landlord and making passive income. I have also started businesses but I really enjoying making passive income with real estate investing. I have had good tenants before and I have rented out to and made money off of and I have had bad tenants. These people rented my land and made a huge mess. This is kind of like a landlord tenant horror story, let me know what you think of this in the comments please of how these tenants trashed my property.
I still want to continue to be a real estate investor and get much bigger in the future with making money and making passive income with real estate investment strategies and learning even more about how to make money in real estate.
