My situation with my hip was labeled serve arthritis, it was getting really hard not just in sleeping but quite a bit of movement in my left hip became restrictive
My pain was 24/7 there was no choice but to have a hip replacement.
It is very difficult to deal with as I am restricted how much movement I can make with great pain.
I have to retrain my walking with crutches, the things we take for granted I am having difficulty with the simplest of things.

I say for others make sure you do your exercises that you have been told by your physio and doctor, keep at it, be persistent.

I will be on hospital for 4 days.
This will take me 2 months to recover, maybe another 2 for most of my mobility.

While I recover, I will post some old videos not seen on my new channel.
As I do get better a count down is on to go to Oliver Tree concert so my motivation is high.
Again a big thank you for your support I will work harder with my videos for you to enjoy.
