Things were looking up when the graphical quality jumped up in cutscene mode... for about a minute.

My PC is actually at the minimum specified requirements (Ryzen 5 3600, Geforce 1660, 32 GB Ram, installed on NVME SSD), but I customised the settings slightly instead of staying on the "Lowest" preset.
