I actually thought this mod was lost media until I found the deleted URL then used the Wayback Machine. Someone saved the mod video in 2019 before the Pikachuk mod videos were removed of his channel. I found half of the link in description, used inspect tool to see the whole link, then I had to solve the MediaFire link that had loads of "20s" & percentages on the link. It took me 5 minutes to find it and it finally worked!
That's 4 old Pikachuk mods recovered - Flandre, Sonic, Hatsune Miku Append and the Neptune & Noire mod. I've been trying find the link to this mod for the last 2 years and I finally found the link XD
