I Tried to Fix This, but Struggled!

This video was taken from a livestream I done in December. I had a Nintendo Switch that would take a charge, however when you took out the charging cable and put it back in, would then drop down to 5v and 0 amps. It made NO sense, and it's the first time I've come across this problem!

Can we fix it? :)
