Last weekend I took it upon myself to experiment with 100ug (1 tab) of 1V-LSD, after not having properly tripped since my ego death on 4-AcO-DMT last March. This trip went amazingly well and it was great to finally get back into the swing of things with virtually 0 negative side effects and I'll happily be doing so again at an appropriate time in the future.
