Reason Why I am Uploading this Video.

I want to be committed into doing something I want to do. If I don't upload this, then I have nothing to go back on. I want to keep my word for myself. I am not ashamed of my body as well so that is a plus for me. I just want to improve my health as well as get some muscles and definition out of it. I may be fit looking, but I am underweight. I am 5'8", 21 years old and I weight 132 pounds.
I am also out of shape so I need to get myself some working to do.

I got myself the Ab Rocket Twister station so I will be using that for the abdominals as well as I will be doing some weights, pull ups, and things like that. I will give myself two months to see where this will take me. As well as I am testing out the Ab Twister for two months and if I don't see improvements, then I will send it back for a full refund.

Even if I don't get improvements on my abdominals, at least I will feel better knowing that I tried and who knows? Maybe I will be in better shape because of it. Feel free to join me in a two month workout period. Let's see if we can be in better shape by then!

Also, if anyone wonders why you are seeing me half-naked, tell them that I will be working out and this is the before video.
