There's a strange little radio tower somewhere in Southern California that some locals claim broadcasts unusual signals late at night, just before dawn. No one knows the source of these broadcasts, but once you hear it, you can't turn it off, as if something compels you to listen for awhile.

The enigmatic host describes their past before radio, the good and bad. And while they're content with a modest audience, the recent attention has brought unwanted eyes on the broadcast and an unexpected interruption. What is IEB-TV and why do they want the show taken off air?
